On the Road Again: Forged in Fire set for a Season 10 Road Trip

The countdown has begun to the release of new episodes of Forged in Fire and we are finally starting to get details on what to expect from the highly anticipated tenth season of the hit History series.

Courtesy of an exciting new preview posted by the Forged in Fire Instagram account, we now know that the first few episodes of the season will see the team taking their show on the road in what appears to be an epic tournament-style event.

Where will Forged in Fire be traveling in Season 10?

According to the preview which can be viewed here, the first episode sees ABS Master Smith J. Nielson traveling to the Bill Moran School of Bladesmithing at Texarkana College in search of a champion bladesmith to represent him in a larger challenge. No doubt, we should expect each of our beloved FIF judges to be searching for and finding their own champions from among the best bladesmithing schools to compete in their name in a final, epic showdown. Considering J.’s choice in school, his champion may be tough to beat. The Bill Moran School of Bladesmithing is not only the oldest bladesmithing school in the country, but it was also founded by the creator of the American Bladesmith Society so, yeah, they should be pretty good.

Aside from the location for the first episode of the season, we are also tracking that episode 3 will be occurring at the Clay Spencer Blacksmith Shop of John C. Campbell Folk School. The episode is slated to air on October 11th, and the school is hosting weekly episode watch parties as well as a meet-and-greet with the three contestants from their episode on November 3rd and 4th.
