Free Event Alert: Come Hang Out with Collin Sage of Hippo Head Forge

Looking for something to do this week? Collin Sage of Hippo Head Forge is hosting a free Blacksmith Meet-Up! If you will be in the Louisville area this Thursday, stop by FirstBuild from 6 to 8 pm. This free event is open to blacksmiths of any skill or interest level, which means now is the perfect time to learn more about this awesome craft.

If you are planning to stop by, there are a few things you need to keep in mind. First, this is an 18+ event for obvious legal and insurance reasons. Please keep the kiddos at home. Second, make sure you dress the part. Long pants and closed toe shoes are required. Third, reservations are required (follow this link to reserve your spot).And finally, feel free to bring in your work. This will be a great opportunity to get feedback and show off your work with a bunch of like-minded individuals.

Who is Collin Sage

Collin Sage is an artist and creator from Louisville, Kentucky. With a background in theater arts, he transitioned a passion for the stage into a passion for prop creation. Collin burst onto the scene after appearing on the hit History series Forged in Fire. After stealing the show in his first appearance, Collin was brought back for a Super Champion episode where he took on and defeated judge and weaponsmaker David Baker.
